What You Need to Know

Reservations are not required to visit the zoo. General public/Non-Members may purchase zoo admission at the admission booths upon arrival.

Zoo hours are from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wheelchairs are available at the membership desk.
Strollers are available for rent from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and a form of ID is required to be kept on file while the rental is in use.
- Double stroller: Member $7 | Non-member: $8
- Single stroller: Member $5 | Non-member: $6
Push wheelchairs are available to rent at the membership desk on a first come, first served basis. They are free to rent, with an ID kept on file while the unit is in use.
Motorized wheelchairs are also available to rent at the membership desk. These units are free to rent for guests 18+ years of age on a first come, first served basis. A liability waiver is required, and a valid driver’s license must be kept on file while the unit is in use. Not available during inclement weather (snow or rain).
Rental hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
Hand sanitizer stations are distributed throughout the zoo and we ask that you refrain from touching glass viewing windows.
The HoneyBee Café is open daily 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors are also permitted to bring their own refreshments with the exception of alcohol.
Please do not pet the barnyard animals.
Pets are not permitted on zoo grounds, in the parking lot or in cars. For the health and safety of our animals, only on-duty service animals are permitted to visit the zoo.
