This custom five-course meal paired with wine, beer, & tequila-based cocktails representing the native habitat of our Harris Hawks will have your tastebuds SOARING! FOR THE TABLE: Tortilla chips, guacamole, salsa verde, & pico de gallo

COURSE 1: Sopa de Elote (Mexican “Street Corn” soup)

COURSE 2: Sopes con Frijoles (fried masa, house-made refried beans)
